Cost
At Lumus™ we believe in putting costs on our website and we don't use minimum fees, open ended hourly design rates or charge per completed questionnaire or rater.
One of the advantages of using Lumus™ is that we offer a great product at
a great price and there are no hidden charges or complicated fee structures
to decipher in order to work out what it is all going to cost. When you use
Lumus™ it's simple - we're open and upfront about what things cost and you know exactly where you stand. Our charges are:
- 360 Degree Feedback Report = £90 + VAT -
Reports are sent in PDF format.
- Administrative set up charge = £100 + VAT -
This is only charged if a bespoke 360 tool is developed, i.e. a 360 survey built around your own competency / question framework.
- Group Summary Report = £150 + VAT - Combines 360 degree feedback data from a group of managers into one consolidated
report.
We are occasionally asked for bound paper copies of reports which can be
produced at an additional cost of £25 per report.

360 Questionnaires
Lumus™ has a range of free generic 360 degree feedback questionnaires
developed to provide feedback against a set of core competencies. Our most
popular questionnaires are:
- Executive Manager - for CEOs, MDs and those who have Executive
or Board level responsibilities.
- Middle / Senior Manager - For managers who may need to work
cross functionally, manage supervisors / team leaders, lead projects /
change initiatives, manage budgets and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Team Leader / Supervisor - for Team Leaders and Supervisors who
lead and manage the performance of an operational team.
Whilst generic questionnaires have their place, our preference is always
to support clients to develop a customised 360 degree feedback

Customisation
No two 360 degree feedback tools that we have ever built have been the
same - and they have all cost less than £100 to develop.
Lumus™ will ensure you remain in the driving seat throughout the
development and implementation of your 360 degree feedback project. In
particular, we will be keen to identify early in the design process your
preferences in relation to:
- The number of questions asked and their rating scale.
- How open / free text boxes will be used.
- How responders will be identified and invited.
- The reporting populations / individuals providing feedback and the
minimum number of people needed in each group before a report can be
produced.
- How the user interfaces, questionnaires and reports will be laid out and
branded.
- The content of email messages sent to participants and their
responders.
- How and when participants will receive their feedback and the support mechanism.

Flexibility of service
We can do as much or as little as you need us to - from conducting a full
Training Needs Analysis leading to the development of a
Competency Framework
through to providing 360 degree feedback support and everything in between,
including conducting senior team briefings, running launch sessions with
participants, developing internal communication plans etc.
We are also happy to take a 'back seat' supporting approach, providing
internal project managers and external consultants with the strategic and
project management support and materials needed to ensure their project's
success.
Finally, we are often asked to simply upload and run a pre-designed
questionnaire, manage the collation of feedback and produce a set of

User experience
Here's the best bit!
Once the 360 degree feedback tool has been developed, the online process
is secure, simple and user friendly.
Participants receive login details for their own control panel, from
which they can complete their self-assessment, identify those people they
would like feedback from, personalise any automated email messages and
monitor the feedback collation progress.
Lumus™ will then manage the process from that point on -
including inviting responders and sending a polite reminder to chase any poor responders. The
feedback collation process takes 3-4 weeks.

Feedback reports
360 degree feedback PDF reports are comprehensive and easy to interpret,
outlining strengths and further areas for development. In addition to the
electronic report, a bound paper copy can also be produced if needed.
Lumus™ is also able to combine the results from a group of participants /
management population into a Group Summary Report. This report provides a
strategic overview of the capabilities of the group and is ideal for
identifying population strengths and assessing group development needs which
can subsequently be fed into management development programmes / strategies.
