Training needs analysis (TNA)
What is a TNA survey? A purpose built, organisation wide, online survey designed to provide a comprehensive overview of learning and development needs at Organisation, Team and Individual level.
Who are they for? Any organisation that wants to quickly identify its learning and development needs and gain clarity about where its training budget should be spent to gain greatest return.
How does it work? We will work with you to shape our generic TNA questionnaire to meet your specific needs. Once questions have been agreed, we then manage everything from that point on, through to report production.
What do we get? A clearly defined 'shopping list' of the skills your business needs to move forward.
What does it cost? Unfortunately, without knowing the scale of the survey, target audience and report format expectations, we are not able to provide exact costs however every one we’ve done to date has cost between £150 - £250 + VAT
