Action for Children

Project Overview

This project involved working with the Exec and L&D Team to develop a comprehensive framework to define what great leadership looks like within the organisation and constructing of a survey tool for use at each of the leadership levels. Support was also provided to members of the Exec and SMT to turn their 360 degree feedback reports into meaningful action plans.

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council

Project Overview

This public sector project involved building an online 360 degree feedback survey tool for use by senior and middle managers within the Council. It included co-developing the leadership qualities framework and the provision of training to support internal coaches to learn the additional skills needed to coach others through their 360 feedback reports.
