Project Overview
Total required an online feedback tool and individual coaching
support to be used as a pre-requisite for leaders attending a leadership
development programme at Cranford University. The 360 degree feedback
was to enable participants to identify their own leadership development
needs before attending the programme.
What Lumus 360 Did
- Merged Total's existing competency framework and Cranfield's
leadership model into a comprehensive framework that aligned key
leadership qualities.
- Developed a fully managed offsite feedback system.
- Provided participants with individual 360 feedback development
coaching that resulted in the production of measurable Personal
Development Plans which were clearly aligned to the needs of the
individual and business.

Dyson
Project Overview
Currently being used by Dyson managers worldwide, this assignment
involved the design and development of a fully customised and branded
360 degree feedback survey based on Dyson’s Leadership and Core
Competencies Framework.
What Lumus 360 Did
- Designed and developed a fully branded 360 degree feedback tool
which includes the availability of questionnaires in six different
languages.
- Provided a complete feedback service managing all aspects of the
360 feedback collection, collation and report production for Dyson
managers worldwide.
- Designed and developed a bespoke 360 feedback report.
- Developed a set of participants’ guides incorporating future
development activity sheets.

Aviva
Project Overview
This project involved providing 360 degree feedback reports for an
Executive Coach as part of his leadership development intervention.
What Lumus 360 Did
- Uploaded the consultant’s own questionnaire.
- Developed a branded survey tool in line with the consultant’s
(and his client’s) branding.
- Provided regular progress updates.
- Provided a fully managed online 360 feedback service.
- Provided a range of 360 feedback work books to the consultant to enable
him to best support his client.

Müller
Project Overview
Müller Dairies initially used the 360 degree feedback with their
Executive Team to support the implementation of competency based working
and as a measure for how things should be done. The tool was then used
to align all senior and middle managers and is currently being linked
into their performance management process.
What Lumus 360 Did
- Supported the conversion of Müller's competency framework into a
360 feedback questionnaire.
- Trained a group of key administrators in how to use the Lumus
survey tool, thereby giving the client control over active projects.
- Designed, developed, piloted and implemented a 360 degree
feedback tool for hundreds of managers from the Exec Team down.
- Provided a broad range of supporting services including the
design of launch workshops and supporting internal managers to
become 360 feedback coaches.

Project Overview
This assignment involved working with the client to define leadership
expectations against the backdrop of their business working ethos and
converting them into a working 360 feedback survey tool for middle and senior
managers.

- Designed and developed a bespoke 360 survey tool.

Project Overview
In this project, our role was to provide 360 degree feedback reports
for a consultant as part of his leadership development training package.
What Lumus 360 Did
- Supported the consultant to develop a suitable questionnaire for
his client.
- Developed a branded survey tool that had the look and feel of
the consultant.
- Provided a fully inclusive managed service.
- Gave training and a range of 360 feedback work sheets to the consultant
to enable him to best support his client.

Action for Children
Project Overview
This project involved working with the Exec and L&D Team to develop a
comprehensive framework to define what great leadership looks like
within the organisation and constructing of a survey tool for use at
each of the leadership levels. Support was also provided to members of
the Exec and SMT to turn their 360 degree feedback reports into
meaningful action plans.
What Lumus 360 Did
- Worked with the CEO and her Exec Team to develop a multi-level
competency framework.
- Developed 360 questionnaires for use at middle and senior
levels.
- Designed and developed a fully branded 360 feedback tool
which gave a range of questionnaire options.
- Provided a fully managed feedback service.
- Delivered individual and group feedback coaching sessions.

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council
Project Overview
This public sector project involved building an online 360 degree
feedback survey tool for use by senior and middle managers within the
Council. It included co-developing the leadership qualities framework
and the provision of training to support internal coaches to learn the
additional skills needed to coach others through their 360 feedback reports.
What Lumus Did
- Worked closely with the OD Team to design the feedback survey
tool and questionnaire to meet their specific needs.
- Trained internal coaches in how to feed back the 360 feedback
reports to the participants.
- Produced all the 360 degree reports to coincide with the
feedback sessions.
- Provided full support to the key administrative staff.
- Provided 360 feedback coaching to members of the Corporate
Management Team.

Project Overview
Used to support the development of managers across the whole
organisation and embed the organisation’s values. This project included
supporting the client from questionnaire development through to the
provision of feedback coaching.
What Lumus 360 Did
- Designed, developed, piloted and implemented a 360 degree
feedback tool for all middle and senior managers.
- Provided a broad range of supporting services including running
workshops to help raters know how to give effective feedback
comments and ratings.
- Worked with the client to develop a comprehensive questionnaire
based on the organisation’s values that is future orientated and
focused on the behaviours associated with excellent performance.
- Provided individual feedback coaching for all those going
through the process.
- Provided a strategic feedback summary of the whole management
population's capability that identified areas of management and
leadership strength and core training / development needs.
