Competency Framework Development
The development of competency frameworks in support of performance improvement strategies, manager development, values based and culture change initiatives is a core part of our business.
We believe that for competency frameworks to deliver the impact expected from them, they need to be fully embedded in the organisation's context, whilst clearly describing the expected skills, behaviours, approaches and standards. To this end, we don't advocate the use of generic 'off the shelf' frameworks, but prefer to work with our clients to develop competencies which meet their unique needs and that will subsequently drive the performance outcomes for which they were developed.
