How does it work?   Lumus™ staff will work with you to design your own online survey tool and help define which areas the feedback should explore. This could include defining the team's role, direction setting, relationship building, identifying expectations of stakeholders, measuring team performance values, competency working etc. Once the areas and range of questions have been agreed, Lumus™ then manages everything from that point on, inviting feedback from team members, colleagues, customers / clients, managers, stakeholders etc and converting the collected data into a user friendly report.
