We specialise in providing fully managed online 360 feedback tools for trainers and consultants to use with their clients. Key questions answered:
Can I use my / my client's own 360 questionnaire? Yes, or we can work with you to co-develop one. Alternatively, you can use one of our proven questionnaires.
Can the system and process be customised? Yes – we’ll happily use your / your client's branding and let you decide the competencies / questions, their rating scale, who the feedback groups are, email message content etc.
How does it work? Here’s the best bit – the online process is secure, simple and user friendly – take a look or give it a go.
What can you do? As much or as little as you like. Some consultants take a real ‘hands on’ approach whereas others hand over the reins to us completely – whatever works for you.
What do the reports look like? Several options are available:
- Standard 360 Feedback Report
- Manager's Summary Report – A purpose built summary of key messages drawn from a standard 360 degree feedback report
- Group Summary Reports – Combines the feedback from a group of participants into an executive summary
How much does it cost?
- Standard 360 feedback report - £90 + VAT
- Manager's Summary Report – £35 + VAT
- Group Summary Reports – £200 + VAT
- Administrative set up charge = £250 + VAT - This is only charged if a bespoke/ customised 360 tool is developed, i.e. a 360 survey built around your own competency / question framework
